You acknowledge and agree to pay our services using a valid credit card. With all products, payments are required in full. JAMES ARTHUR VINEYARDS does not store your credit card details, and all credit and debit cards used for payment on www.jamesarthurvineyards.com are subject to validation and authorization checks by card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorize your payment, we will not be responsible and liable for any non-delivery or delay. We are not obligated to inform you of the refusal. JAMES ARTHUR VINEYARDS does not sell to minors and restricts all under age individuals from purchasing our products. An age verification process is used upon entering the wine store to ensure all of our customers follow our guideline. In addition, all deliveries require a signature from an adult aged 21 years and older before the shipment is released into their keeping.
JAMES ARTHUR VINEYARDS uses Federal Express for the shipment needs of our clients. Please note, certain states have been restricted from our shipping list due to individual state taxation rules. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, it is our policy that we will not conduct shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally. Furthermore, we will not ship any packages if the temperature along the route will be below 32 F or above 80 F. Also, Federal Express will not accept PO Boxes for recipients address. James Arthur Vineyards will not be held liable for any delays caused by the above conditions.
Due to the nature of our products, JAMES ARTHUR VINEYARDS does not accept returned products.
If your product is defective in any way, you must follow the following steps:
- You must call JAMES ARTHUR VINEYARDS Customer Service at 402-783-5255 in the USA, to receive a Return Authorization Number. Our customer service representatives will walk you through the process.
- You MUST return the defective products within 30 days of the delivery date, in exchange for another bottle of JAMES ARTHUR VINEYARDS wine.
- You must return your wine inside of the box that it was originally shipped in and it must be clearly marked “JAMES ARTHUR VINEYARDS Return”.
