Edelweiss-(A-del-vice): Semi Sweet White. Light bodied with a bit of tartness on the finish. Floral aroma.
Suggested Pairings: Fresh fruits, Pork and Applesauce, Curry Chicken, Mixed Greens with a vinaigrette and a variety of cheeses.


Food and WineHeartland White: Semi Sweet White Wine. Light bodied with floral aromas and fruity.
Suggested Pairings: Dynamite with fresh strawberries, brie cheese and raspberry or lime sorbet. Try with spicy pork riblets or wontons.


Edyn’s Blush: Semi sweet blush. Grape aroma, sweet, jammy flavors.
Suggested Pairings: Spicy dishes (Thai or Indian cuisine), pork chops as well as a good’ole grilled hamburger. Also, poached pears.


Amo Te`-(Ah-moe-tay): Semi-sweet blush. Fragrant with candy like aromas and hints of strawberry.
Suggested Pairings: Roasted chicken, pork chops and grilled hot dogs with garlic french fries.


wine with foodSan Realto: Semi-sweet red. Hints of red licorice with a black cherry finish.
Suggested Pairings: BBQ Chicken, Chinese or grilled white fish.


White St. Croix-(White Saint Croy): Semi-dry rose. Earthy medium bodies wine with hints of cherry jolly ranchers.
Suggest Pairings: Grilled sausages, Pot Roast and fresh strawberries.


Reserve Blanc: Semi-dry white. Light bodied semi-dry white a unique grapefruit feel on the palette with a slightly sweet finish.
Suggest Pairings: Broccoli Cheese Soup, turkey dishes or grilled salmon.


Game Bird White: Semi-dry white wine. With a buttery, almost silky finish on your palate. Slight hints of oak.
Suggested Pairings: Parmesan Chicken, Caesar Salad. Or fish with cream sauce.
